Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 10–21 business days depending on your location. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local carrier delays, or high demand periods.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply according to their country’s regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
